Some of the food we ate.

Catalonian bread is toasted, rubbed with garlic and tomato and dribbled with olive oil. The cakes are works of art. The green dish reminiscent of cattle reguritation is a delicious Catalan concoction of creamed spinach and raisons. I had to include a seafood dish because they do those, and the salads, so very well. The salad is endive with blue cheese dressing.
